Because we use x64 system. I need help on your suggestion -- "Maybe you've used an ocx comming from VB6 that is now not installed anymore and you need to have it. And it still won't work. Update: I get the same error in XP Mode.

If any of the computers you are trying to run this application on do not have Office version 12 on them, there MAY be problems compiling the program. This particular error has everything to do with the list we have been discussing. None of the suggestions were exactly correct but all were close. Originally I though this had worked because it returned object, and i saw no new Excel Application running, however this was because it was not visible. Check This Out When I copy the program to another machine (with all the same apps installed - ie A2002 and A2003 and OL2002) it works fine.
To re-register this control, click on Start | Run and enter the following: regsvr32 "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\DAO\DAO360.DLL".
